Design and Build of a 3000m² warehouse distribution facility complete with ancillary office accommodation and an 1800m² concrete service yard.
Key Elements
- Portal steel frame structure with Kingspan wall and roof cladding and extensive curtain wall glazed facades
- Bituminous carpark and steel fibre reinforced concrete service yard including earthworks, drainage, kerbing, service installation, footpaths, line marking and all associated ancillary works
- Steel fibre reinforced concrete floor to an FM2 finish
- Attenuated drainage system including a Stormtech tank and associated Aco drainage
- Security system including public lighting, CCTV, intruder alarm and linked automated gates
- Full M&E fit-out including all mains and power distribution, heating, cooling, ventilation, drainage, BMS, water, lighting, communications, mechanical and plant controls, PA, TV & AV and fire alarm
- Internal fit-out including partition walls, ceilings, internal glazing, welfare facilities, toilets, changing areas, full kitchens and all wall and floor finishes
- Dock levellers and retaining walls to access the warehouse
