Construction of reinforced concrete retaining wall to act as a flood barrier for Woodview Cottages.

- Extension and upgrading of existing flood barrier
- Design and implementation of all pedestrian and vehicular traffic management on restricted lane widths along the access road
- Full road reinstatement to rear of new wall
- Installation of decorative wall railings, street furniture and landscaping
- Construction of a feature area with limestone paving and kerbing
